Route 72 will be on a long-term detour due to long-term construction on the 152nd Avenue project starting on Monday, February 9.
During the project, buses will not serve segments of NE 99th Street and NE 152nd Avenue. The following stops are closed:
- NE 99th St & 144th Ct (STOPID: 3347)
- NE 99th St & 149th Ave (STOPID: 3348)
- NE 152nd Ave & 96th St (STOPID: 3350)
- NE 152nd Ave & 94th St (STOPID: 3486)
- NE 152nd Ave & 91st St (STOPID: 3487)
- NE 152nd Ave & 86th St (STOPID: 3351)
Instead, buses will detour onto NE 137th Avenue between 99th Street and Padden Parkway. Temporary stops will be available along NE 137th Avenue at 91st Street and at 84th Street.
