In January 2025, C-TRAN will implement the following service changes:
The Shopping Shuttle will serve the WinCo store on Andresen Road (2101 NE Andresen Road), and the Fred Meyer store at Grand Central (2500 Columbia House Blvd.). With this change, the Shopping Shuttle will no longer serve grocery store locations on Highway 99. In addition, the pick-up days for each starting location in downtown Vancouver will change from its current rotation. Starting in 2025:
- Van Vista Plaza, Vista Court and Columbia House will be served on the first and third Tuesday of each month.
- Esther Short Commons, Smith Tower and Lewis and Clark Plaza will be served on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month.
Changes to the Shopping Shuttle will take effect Tuesday, January 7.
Route 48 will be extended to La Center, serving a new stop at E Birch Avenue and Sixth Street in La Center. The route will serve La Center on all trips, and all existing stops in Ridgefield and at ilani. The change will take effect Sunday, January 12.
