Due to construction for The Vine on Highway 99, Route 19 may experience delays in the Salmon Creek area. Lane closures may cause congestion along segments of both Highway 99 and Northeast 139th Street. Other impacts:

  • Stop ID 2216 (southbound Highway 99 and 117th Street) is closed due to nearby station construction. Passengers can use the stop at 11300 block to the south (Stop ID 2218) as alternate.
  • Stop ID 1344 (southbound Highway 99 and 107th Street) is closed due to nearby station construction.
  • During the week of March 23, overnight utility work will impact the intersection of Highway 99 and 63rd Street. The existing bus stops at Highway 99 and 6300 block (Stop ID 2225) and Highway 99 and 63rd Street (Stop ID 1355) will be intermittently closed when workers are present. The work is expected to occur between the hours of 7pm and 5am from March 23 through March 27.

As work progresses, construction will impact additional existing stops along Routes 19 and 71. Temporary stops will be placed at various locations along the corridor during construction. The exact timing of future stop closures is not yet known, but will be later in 2026.

The Vine on Highway 99 is the third branch of The Vine, C-TRAN's bus rapid transit system. New Vine stations will be built along a 9-mile stretch of the Highway 99 corridor in 2026 and 2027. The work will be completed in phases, with different station locations under construction at different times. Temporary stops and existing stop closures will be adjusted as needed as the project continues. Work at each individual station location may continue for a few months before moving to another area.
