Membership Misuse

C-TRAN prohibits the transfer, sale, or unauthorized use of Instacart™ memberships issued through this program. Each membership must be used solely by the eligible passenger for personal grocery delivery needs. Misuse includes but is not limited to sharing access with others, reselling goods obtained through membership, or submitting fraudulent requests. C-TRAN reserves the right to revoke membership access and remove participants from the program if misuse is identified.

Data Privacy and Security

C-TRAN handles all passenger information and Instacart™ membership codes in accordance with applicable data privacy policies. Staff stores and transmits data using secure methods to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure.
