After submitting your application, please visit our Vancouver Mall Customer Service Office to pay the fees and collect the key for the bike locker:

All fees must be paid at the beginning of the usage period or, in the case of Usage Agreement renewals, have been previously paid.

Renewals will be sent to the above address at least 30 days prior to the end of the term. Any person not submitting a new signed Agreement and rental payment by the end of the term will forfeit the locker. The key must be returned by the end of the term to receive the refundable key deposit. In the. event the locker key is lost or stolen, the key deposit will be forfeited for a replacement key and lock. A new refundable key deposit of $50 will be charged to you for future lock replacement and rekeying if you want to keep renting.

Deposits shall be refunded within 30 days after the termination of the Usage Agreement and upon approval by the C-TRAN Board of Directors. Termination of the Agreement prior to the end of the rental period will result in a rent refund for any full months not used and a key deposit refund when the key is returned.

Bicycles are stored at the user's risk. C-TRAN wi,ll not be liable for damages or injuries caused by bicycles located in or around the bicycle locker or on C-TRAN property. C-TRAN will not be liable for damage, loss, or theft of any bicycle, or part thereof, located in or around the bicycle locker or on C-TRAN property.

Lockers are for storing bicycles and bicycle gear only. Users acknowledge thaf they have no expectation of privacy as to the use of the bike locker and hereby acknowledge that C-TRAN shall maintain a right of access to the locker for the purposes of determining whether it is being used to store a bicycle and bicycle gear. Users will be fully responsible for any damage they cause to the bicycle locker, the bicycle and gear when in the process of using the locker, or any C-TRAN property.

C-TRAN reserves the right to terminate the Usage Agreement without notice if the conditions of the Usage Agreement are not met. In the event this Agreement is terminated and user's personal property has not been removed from the locker within 30 days after the termination date, C-TRAN shall have the right to take possession of user's proper.ty and dispose of it pursuant to state law (RCW 63.21.060).
