C-TRAN is seeking proposals for Construction Management/Owner's Representative Services for the 65th Ave Site Reconstruction. A pre-proposal meeting will be held on November 15, 2019 at 11:00am at the C-TRAN Administration Building. C-TRAN is offering site walks on Friday, Nov. 22 at 8:30 and 1:00. Both will be held at 2425 NE 65th Ave.
