C-TRAN utilizes the Municipal Research and Services Center (MRSC) of Washington for consultant, vendor, and small works contractor registration. Please visit www.mrscrosters.org to register.
For other service providers and vendors please send an e-mail expressing your interest in doing business with C-TRAN to procurement@c-tran.org. In your email tell us about the goods and/or services your firm can provide. When gathering quotes, C-TRAN contacts firms appearing on the list of vendors. It is always advisable to watch The Columbian and The Daily Journal of Commerce, (Portland publication) for advertisement regarding C-TRAN's contracting opportunities for its formal purchases over $50,000, as well check this website frequently for current or upcoming projects.
My firm would like to submit a bid or a proposal for one of your open solicitations. What do we need to do to make sure that our bid or proposal receives your consideration?
Thoroughly read the solicitation in its entirety as there are different requirements based on the method of the solicitation. Every solicitation lists a date and time as its submittal deadline. We must receive your bid or proposal in C-TRAN's Administration Office before that date and time. We will not accept late bids or proposals and we will return them unopened, no exceptions. Whether you use regular mail, delivery service, or hand delivery, it is your responsibility to ensure it meets the submittal deadline. We cannot accept faxed responses for C-TRAN Proposal responses.
