Multiple routes will be on detour this Sunday, October 12, during the Girlfriends Marathon. The marathon will be taking place in downtown Vancouver, at the Historic Trust, and along the Vancouver Waterfront Trail.
The marathon will run from approximately 7:00 a.m. through 11:00 a.m. All stops south of Evergreen Boulevard in downtown and west of Fort Vancouver Way along Evergreen will be temporarily closed.
All local routes will serve the stop at Washington & 13th (Stop ID: 0579) and both the Red and Green Lines will serve the station at Washington & 12th (Stop ID: 6153) during the detour to allow for transfers.
Route 6 may encounter delays. The following routes will be affected by detours and stop closures:
- Route 25
- Route 30
- Routes 31 and 32
- Route 60
- Route 71
- The Vine on Fourth Plain
- The Vine on Mill Plain
