The C-TRAN Transit Development Plan provides a snapshot of where C-TRAN stands as a transportation agency, and where we hope to be in the future. It outlines the policy and financial basis for system operations and facilities for the next five years. The document is updated each year, as required by state law.

A public hearing on the 2025-2030 Transit Development Plan will be held at 5:30pm Thursday, August 28, during the C-TRAN Citizens Advisory Committee meeting. The meeting will occur at C-TRAN's administrative office, 10600 NE 51st Circle, Vancouver.
The final document will be submitted to the Washington State Department of Transportation later in 2025. Comments may also be submitted via email to feedback@c-tran.com or by phone at 360-695-0123.
