On Monday, September 8, C-TRAN’s Customer Service department will experience the following interruptions in service:

Customer Service Offices

  • The Vancouver Mall Transit Center and Mill Plain Transit Center Customer Service Offices will be closed from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
  • The C-TRAN Administration Building Customer Service Office will be closed for sales from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.
    • Staff will be available to assist with appointments and pre-arranged lost and found item pick-up

Phone lines

  • 360-695-0123, our main Customer Service phone line, will be unavailable between 9 a.m. and 12 p.m.
    • For automated bus arrival information, press Option 1
    • To leave a voicemail for Lost and Found, press Option 3
  • 360-695-8918, our C-VAN Customer Service phone line, will be unavailable for ride booking from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.
    • For immediate assistance, such as Will Call and Time and Space rides, press Option 2

If you don’t need to speak directly to a Customer Service Representative, mobile apps are available for trip-planning and fare payment.
