main C TRAN Sponsored Royale Launch Facebook Copy

Last fall, C-TRAN announced a partnership that made Transit our official mobile app for trip planning and real-time information. Now, we’re upgrading our riders to Transit Royale, which unlocks additional features, new customization options and complete access to the app across more than 300 cities supported worldwide.

Transit launched Royale as its new subscription option in 2021. C-TRAN’s partnership with Transit means you get Royale for free. Consider it our gift to you.

With the update that has now rolled out, riders in Clark County will see a screen informing them that C-TRAN is upgrading them to Transit Royale. From there, users can simply tap to redeem their free subscription.

With Royale, riders have access to new features such as customizable themes, personalized emojis, and leaderboards for users competing to help the most riders with GO, Transit’s popular crowdsourcing feature. The partnership also unlocks the ability to switch the app icon and theme to match C-TRAN’s logo and brand. In other words, you’re getting a world-class mobile app experience that is at once universal and reflective of our local community.

Thousands of C-TRAN riders already use Transit to plan trips and track vehicles in real-time. More C-TRAN riders are downloading Transit every week. In 2022, we also integrated The Current into Transit, so riders can use Transit to seamlessly plan trips that combine The Current, C-TRAN’s new on-demand service, with our other fixed-route options.

Haven’t downloaded Transit yet? You can find the app in the Apple app store and on Google Play. Check it out here.
