You will receive a reminder call the night before your scheduled ride after 6 p.m. To check on ride times you may call C-VAN’s automated system Ride Reminder 24 hours a day, seven (7) days a week. To reach Ride Reminder, call 360-695-8918, option 1, your personalized client ID and password are required. You may also call the C-VAN Customer Service line at 360-695-8918, option 2.
